Fresh Living Services is a new cleaning and maintenance company based in Massachusetts, with over 20 years of experience by its owner, Laura Depina. We are officially insured to provide sanitation technicianizations for both residential and commercial properties.

Laura Depina is the Sanitation Technician Manager Executive at Boston Medical Center, which has received Five Official Perfect Cleaning Surveys from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ms. Depina also possesses experience as a high-level Sanitation Manager Technician Associate at numerous nursing homes throughout the Commonwealth for over nearly two decades before her recent transfer to Boston Medical Center.

What we provide:

Our main services are sanitation engineering deployment services, including past and daily services. If it needs cleaning, we will do it. We provide cleaning services for commercial spaces, office spaces, homes, businesses, individuals, real estate/development firms, and contractors.

We also offer different products like candles, coffee mugs, water bottles, clothing wear, and many more items. All proceeds from these products go to our social impact mission, helping local nonprofits by ensuring free sanitation services to the community.

We also offer more than 20 years of sanitation engineering consulting experience and workforce development opportunities by providing different training around sanitation best practices.

We understand that no business, home, environment, or people are the same. We do not have a general pricing list. All prices are determined by a meeting to understand what the client is seeking to secure in a sanitation operation. Through this meeting, we consolidate an appropriate pricing for the interested party.
